Arrival: the unit is equipped with a smart lock making 24 hour check possible for whenever you arrive. Sleeping arrangements: the bedroom has a king size bed, the living room sleeper sofa also folds out to a king size bed as well for maximum guest comfort. Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen in the unit awaits! This includes dishes, toaster, air fryer, blender, electric mixer and can opener, utensils, coffee maker, wine and martini glasses, pots and pans, and dishes for kids including placemats just to name a few. Dining: The unit has an open arrangement with dining options at the four seater countertop bar, dine outside on the spacious balcony or enjoy the television from the comfort of the couch! Balcony is fully open and accessible! The outdoor table set is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets or a nice outdoor dinner! This luxury vacation unit offers high speed internet and breathtaking views. Beach access: The property is located directly across the street from the beach making this unit a short walk to your toes in the sand. BEACH ESSENTIALS! The unit has a shared amenity closet just for our guests that include beach necessities such as a beach wagon, cooler, beach umbrella and umbrella anchor! There are beach towels also located in the unit for guest use. Additional items in the shared amenity closet include dog bowls, dog bed, space for hanging clothes, an iron and ironing board, fold out desk and office chair for working. All linens are provided, the unit also has a full size washer and dryer available for use. Maravilla grounds include: three pools (one of them heated), hot tub, access to a fitness center, picnic tables, grills, dog park, dog bath station and more for your enjoyment! Note that these are shared amenities and are on a first come, first serve basis. The property is minutes from attractions like Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens and the Strand! The unit is also only a quick drive to the Cruise Ship Terminals where Norwegian and Royal Caribbean are sailing from. Departure: 100% of the cleaning fee goes to our cleaning crew so there is not a long to-do list when you leave!!
